Kathy joined Iowa APEX in May 2024 as a Government Contracting Specialist, helping Iowa businesses navigate registrations and certifications, identify government opportunities, understand contracting requirements, and prepare compliant bids and proposals.
She brings more than 12 years of experience in federal contracting, contract administration, sponsored research, and regulatory compliance. Before joining APEX, she managed construction and consultant contract administration at Iowa State University.
